To achieve this sultry look you will need:
- black eyeliner
- dark eye shadow
- eyeliner brush with a pointed tip
- cream eye liner
- black mascara
- false eyelashes (if u want)l
- ip liner
- concealer
- nude lipstick
- Smudge black eyeliner and dark eye shadow all over your eye lid.
- Use the eyeliner brush with a pointed tip to paint your upper and lower lashes in luxe noir (black).
